Technical preparation
Now we need to validate a few technical details with your electrician or site team. This helps us avoid any delays during installation.
Phase 3
Set up activation
Time to connect your Smart Padel server and configure the system. Our remote team will assist while your technicians complete the setup.
Phase 4
Training access
Once everything is installed, we’ll create your accounts, activate the license and train your team to manage Smart Padel on their own.
Phase 5
Support closure
We’ll check in 15 days after activation to make sure everything runs smoothly. After that, your project is officially handed over to our support team.
